Advocate™ Dog
Active Ingredients
- imidacloprid 100mg/ ml.
- moxidectin 25mg/ ml.
Indications
- For the treatment and prevention of fleas (Ctenocephalides felis).
- Larval flea stages are killed in the surroundings of Advocate™ treated pets.
- Reduces the incidence of Flea Allergy Dermatitis.
- For the prevention of heartworm (L3 and L4 of Dirofilaria immitis) infection.
- For the treatment and control of:
– Roundworms (Toxocara canis (L4 larvae, immature adults and adults), Toxascaris leonina (adult)).
– Hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala), kills larval (L4),
immature and adult worms of all species.
– Whipworm (adult Trichuris vulpis)
– Generalised demodicosis (Demodex canis).
– Sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei var. canis).
– Ear mites (Otodectes cynotis).
– Lice (Trichodectes canis).
Dosage & Application
- Select the appropriate size of Advocate™ according to the animal’s body weight.
- Squeeze all the content of the pipette onto the skin between the shoulder blades.
- Safe for puppies 7 weeks old and above.
Generalized canine demodicosis treatment:
- Mild to moderate cases: Apply once every 4 weeks for 2-4 months.
- Severe cases: At the discretion of the veterinarian, apply once a week for a prolonged time.
